Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital service. At T3X2R, customer satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee the operation of devices/services which have been tested and work in the compatible systems described in the required system.
Below is a summary of our refund policy and the steps to request a refund:


Non-refundable Circumstances:

We cannot refund any purchases under responsibility for operating system dependent bugs, misconfiguration, minimum system requirements, host software bugs (Ableton), or runtime software bugs (Max) and the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
  • Incompatibility Issues: Customers are responsible for verifying system compatibility before purchase. No refunds for incompatibility.
  • Unauthorized Use: No refunds if the device is used against our licensing agreement or if pirated.
  • Digital Nature of Products: All products are delivered as digital files without DRM or license restrictions, meaning that once delivered, they remain in the customer’s possession permanently and cannot be disabled, returned, or revoked.
  • Wrong Product Purchase: If the wrong product is purchased due to customer error, refunds are not available. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a discount towards the correct product, calculated excluding payment processor fees.
  • Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital goods delivered immediately after purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligible for Refund:

If our designs do not work, or do not output graphics and technical support is not able to solve them and all of the following items apply, you can request a refund.

  • Not as Described: If the device doesn’t match the description on our website or marketing materials, you may request a refund.
  • Technical Issues: Eligible for a refund if technical issues prevent the device from functioning properly and we can’t fix it.
  • Recent Purchases: Only purchases made within the last 14 days and that apply the above items are eligible for refund consideration.

Refund Process:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@t3x2r.com with order number and the issue.
  • Review: We’ll review your request, possibly asking for more information or screenshots.
  • Approval: If approved, we process to refund within 1-7 business days.
  • In case of refund: we’re sorry but we have to keep the Stripe or credit card fees (approx 4%). You will receive a full refund less those fees.

  • Read the user manual before, during and after using our designs.
  • Write us for inquiries.
  • Check the minimum hardware requirements.
